Personal Training Personal training can be an incredibly valuable investment in your health and fitness journey. Working with one of us as your trainer you will have someone to keep you on track and help you stay motivated. We will hold you accountable for showing up to your workouts and pushing yourself to reach your goals. ​

Whether you’re new to exercising or the gym is your second home, I can help you reach your health and fitness goals.​ Tailored to your individual fitness goals. I will work closely with you to design a custom workout plan that suits your needs and preferences and guide you through each exercise to ensure proper form and technique. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or just feel better and more confident in your own skin, Bingham Arena is the perfect place for you to achieve your fitness goals in a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment.

Before we start training, we will have a free consultation. This is a great way for us to get to know one another, and discuss your goals and current lifestyle. From there I will take a number of measurements and put you through various screening exercises so that a truly bespoke package catering for your individual needs can be developed.

packages consist of either 1, 2, 3, or 4 60 minute sessions per week for a month, and all include:

A workout programme to follow in-between our sessions
I will teach you every exercise in the programme so that you are confident to follow it on your own. The programme will include physical workout logbook so I can track your progression during sessions when I'm not with you.

Calorie control guidance
Calorie counting is an effective and flexible approach to dieting. I will show you exactly how to monitor your macronutrient consumption to ensure you are on the right track to reaching your goals, whilst still eating foods you love.

7 days a week support
Whether you need help or support with training whilst you are away, or you would like some help with your diet; I am only a phone call away.
