Training with your friends and loved ones is a great way to keep motivations high. By having a close network of people to support you, who are going through the same transformation can help give you that extra push to reach your next fitness milestone. Group training allows you to get results together; you will get the same benefits as one-to-one training and at a more affordable rate.
Who is group personal training for?
Group personal training is for everybody! Whether you’re male or female, old or young, fit or unfit, you can benefit from group training. I will help to get the results you want, as quickly as possible by conducting personalised workouts for the group, and providing meal plans for each of your specific needs.
What's included
Similar to my personal training, group training is delivered in packages of either 1, 2, or 3 hourly sessions per week for a month, and all include:
A workout programme to follow in-between our sessions

I will teach you every exercise in the programme so that you are confident to follow it on your own.

You will receive a physical workout logbook of the programme.

Calorie control guidance

Calorie counting is an effective and flexible approach to dieting. I will show you exactly how to monitor your macronutrient consumption to ensure you are on the right track to reaching your goals, whilst still eating foods you love.

7 days a week support

Whether you need help or support with training whilst you are away, or you would like some help with your diet; I am only a phone call away.
